COURSE DESCRIPTION

Dental Assistant I prepares students for entry-level employment as an Administrative or Clinical Dental Assistant. Students will learn the basic skills needed to satisfy requirements in starting a career in Dental Assisting. Students will learn hands-on techniques, as it relates to chairside dental assisting and current dental practice aligned with the Dental Board of California. Additionally, students will be prepared in professional skills and acquire digital badges to show readiness for the workforce. After completion of all the Dental Board of California RDA state requirements (DA Level II) and work experience (200 + hours), you may qualify to take the state examination.

PAYMENT PLAN

1st Payment – $500 due 7/13/2026
2nd Payment – $1,800 due 9/21/2026
3rd Payment – $1,800 due 11/30/2026

Course Features

Prerequisites:

Basic computer knowledge including Google & Microsoft programs

Student must have valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) CPR card prior to start date. Certification must stay current throughout the course. For information about our monthly CPR classes, call us at 714-502-5904

Mondays and Wednesdays

+ 4 hours online class each week

Externship:
December 10, 2026 to January 16, 2027
