Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic ICD coding. Phlebotomy experience and familiarity with medication administration are advantageous. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Professional, compassionate, and dependable approach to patient care. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt as a new practice grows.
