Learning the Language of Health Care

The North Orange County ROP Medical Terminology course teaches what the terms are and how they are applicable in a health care setting. This course provides a high level of training that acts as both a refresher and preparatory course for students pursuing healthcare careers. Students will develop a foundational understanding of anatomy vocabulary and the terminology of body systems.

Course Outcome:

Students who successfully complete the course will be eligible for the North Orange County ROP Medical Assistant, Nurse Assistant, and Vocational Nurse Programs.

This course is approved by the California Department of Education and accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
