The North Orange County ROP Certified Nurse Assistant, or CNA, training program offers quality healthcare career training based on employer-driven requirements and provides knowledgeable faculty and staff. The 13-week program (160 hours) provides expert training in preparation to take the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) exam and become a California Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). Students learn basic nursing care, emergency procedures, communication, and how to work effectively as a member of the health care team.
Program Outcome:
Students who successfully complete the program will be assisted in the process of applying to take the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) exam.
North Orange County ROP’s Nurse Assistant Training Program is approved by the California Department of Education and licensed by the California Department of Health. All North Orange County ROP courses are accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
